Build a Conduit Package
Import AP points, build the conduit path, assign ROW sides, validate continuity, and export the handoff package.
Open Project Setup and confirm project type, construction type, conduit count, and deliverables.
Use Import APs or place Access Point / AP markers manually. APs are your control points.
Choose North, South, East, West, Centerline, or Approved Crossing. Paint the APs before building ROW conduit.
Click Connect APs / Build Conduit. Same-side APs connect together. Side changes require an approved crossing.
Use Edit Line to bend the route along the road, easement, ROW edge, or existing conduit corridor.
Add HH, MH, vaults, bore pits, conduit stubs, and crossing points so the path is buildable and pull-ready.
Review continuity, cover, duct plugs, tracer wire, warning tape, reel schedule, bore connectors, and structure spacing.

AP Point Conduit Builder
- Click Import APs and load a CSV with name, latitude, longitude, and optional row_side.
- Confirm AP-01 through the final AP show on the map.
- Use Add AP Point to add a corner, bend, tie-in, or planning control point without editing the CSV.
- Use ROW Side + Paint Side if the APs sit on different sides of the road.
- Click Connect APs / Build Conduit to generate the route path.
- Click Edit Line and shape the alignment along the real road or easement.
Important: AP points are control points. They do not replace final ROW/easement route editing.
ROW Side Rules
The production rule is simple: the conduit should stay on the same ROW side until an approved crossing is added.
- North-side APs connect to north-side APs.
- South-side APs connect to south-side APs.
- East/West-side APs follow the same-side rule on north/south streets.
- Approved Crossing is required before the conduit changes sides.
- Unknown side should be fixed before export.
Conduit / Reel Schedule
Use the Review & Export page to set duct count, size, body color, stripe color, reel number, pull tape, tracer wire, warning tape, and duct plugs.
Bore Connector Rule
Default production rule: every bore shot is limited to 400 LF. Longer bore runs create connector/coupler points so the conduit remains continuous.
- 950 LF bore = 400 LF + connector + 400 LF + connector + 150 LF.
- Coupler quantity is calculated per duct/reel.
- Bore connectors export to KMZ, PDF, CSV, GeoJSON, and Export All ZIP.

Troubleshooting
- Build button does nothing: confirm at least two AP points are placed/imported.
- Route crosses the road: assign ROW sides and add Approved Crossing only where the crossing is allowed.
- KMZ looks cluttered: keep optional labels off by default and use the Premium KMZ folder structure.
- Feature will not move: use Select / Move from the top toolbar, then drag the marker.
- Estimate missing items: open Review & Export and verify conduit/reel and unit cost settings.
